8 thick slices of sliced bread
300 g brie cheese
120 g of Iberian ham
30 g black truffle
Butter

Step-by-step to make the iberian ham, brie and truffle toasty

  1. Cut the Brie cheese and place it on top of one of the bread slices.
  2. Place the Iberian ham on top of the brie cheese and add half of the sliced truffle.
  3. Heat a frying pan with butter, and add the closed toasty. Let it toast a little on one side, and do the same on the other.
