2 pizza doughs
1 ball of fresh mozzarella
40 g of cooked tomato sauce
20 g of shredded mozzarella
10 cherry tomatoes
10 basil leaves
10 chanterelle mushrooms (depending on size)
Salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste

Step-by-step to make the margherita pizza with sautéed chanterelles

  1. First, clean and cut the chanterelles, then sauté them in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough, brush it with tomato sauce, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  3. Bake the pizza in the oven at approximately 220°C (430°F) for 6 minutes.
  4. After six minutes, remove the pizza from the oven, add the fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, and bake for another 5 minutes.
