For the strawberries:
500 g strawberries
80 g sugar
50 ml Laumont white truffle vinegar
Mint leaves
For the whipped cream:
350 ml whipping cream
30 g sugar

Step-by-step instructions for making the strawberries with truffled vinegar and whipped cream

  1. First of all, wash the strawberries in cold water and cut off the tops to remove the leaves.
  2. Then cut the strawberries in halves or quarters, depending on their size, and place them in a bowl with the sugar. Leave to stand for 4 hours in the fridge.
