Recipe Truffle OilChop the black truffle at the same time as you start the preparation.
Put the oil in a saucepan and add the chopped truffle. Mix well so that it is evenly distributed.
Heat the oil and control the temperature until it reaches 65º, and keep it there for 15 minutes.
Leave the oil to cool, and put it in a container for storage.
It is now ready to use in your dishes!
